Plinth AI is not a generic chat wrapper: we expose the add-in's own capabilities as Tools the assistant can call — create levels and grids, run structural and architectural modules, read and change the live model — through the built-in chat, Claude Desktop, or Cursor. Ask questions, inspect and select elements, change parameters, and run the guided Plinth Workflow (levels, grids, structure, architecture). Interactive pickers cover family types, levels, and the same module settings as the Plinth panel — beam alignment (centerline / exterior / interior), column align-to-beam, floor perimeter, and more — so every run is under your control, not silent defaults. The assistant follows your plan — Starter or Pro.

One-click setup exposes Plinth's Revit Tools over a local Model Context Protocol connector, so Claude Desktop or Cursor (or another MCP client) can run the same add-in capabilities. Claude Desktop can use your existing Claude plan with no Plinth API key; Cursor connects through its configured AI provider. Interactive pickers and module-settings forms open in Revit — types, levels, beam/column options — not just text lists. Same Tools, same guided workflow, from the AI client you already work in.
